Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to connect any store you audit or modify.

2. Acceptable use

• You may only audit stores you own or are authorized to represent.
• Do not use AgentShelf to scrape, overload, or harm any third-party site.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent rate limits, or access data of other users.
• Fixes you apply are suggestions generated from your own store data — review before publishing.

3. Subscriptions & billing

The Growth plan is billed at $79/month via Paddle, our merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Shopify integration

When you connect a Shopify store, you grant AgentShelf access per the OAuth scopes you approve. We access your catalog and product data solely to run audits and apply fixes you request. We do not modify your store without your explicit action.

We keep a log of applied changes including previous values, so changes can be reverted, but you remain responsible for reviewing proposals before approving them and for maintaining your own backups.

If you install the AgentShelf Pixel on your storefront, we process visitor data as your processor and you remain the controller of it. See the Privacy Policy for what that means and how to request a Data Processing Agreement.

5. Intellectual property

AgentShelf and its software, design, and reports are owned by NOVA NORTH CONSULTING LLP. Audit scores and recommendations are provided for your use but may not be resold or republished as a competing service.

6. No warranty

AgentShelf is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Audit scores and fix suggestions are informational and based on publicly available data and AI analysis; we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or that fixes will improve traffic or revenue.

Rank tracking is a measurement, not a promise. AI assistants change their behaviour without notice, and we cannot guarantee that your products will be recommended or that any position will be achieved or maintained. Where we label a surface Live, we query it through its official API. Where we label it Proxy — as we do for ChatGPT, which has no public API for its shopping surface — we query the same model family with web search enabled, so results are directional and will not exactly reproduce what a shopper sees.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOVA NORTH CONSULTING LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or revenue, arising from your use of AgentShelf. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to the service or other users.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer protection right you have under the law of your own country of residence.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
